Trompe-l’oeil Commissions
Trompe-l’œil (French for ‘deceive the eye’ ) is an artistic term for the optical illusion of three-dimensional space and objects on a two-dimensional surface. Trompe l’œil, which is most often associated with painting on walls, tricks the viewer into perceiving painted objects or spaces as three-dimensional.
These examples by Roy Roberts are on client terrace walls in Marbella, Spain. Commissions available with content and themes to your choice.
